Obviously, this was a very difficult year in which to purchase a house, especially with our very specific requirements. Between limited inventory and higher than usual prices, we definitely struggled to find the right house for our family this year. But Chad was great every step of the way. Always responsive, always willing to get us a showing on short notice. And he was flexible, willing to take each of us through the house one at a time so that the other parent could stay in the car with the kids. And he was great with the kids when they were with us as well. He was thorough with each house we looked at, carefully inspecting everything and pointing out potential problem areas that would have ended up being major expenses down the road. And when we found the house that we wanted – a foreclosure with some complicated title issues that made it difficult to actually close the sale – Chad was patient and persistent throughout the process, and did what needed to be done for us to close on the house.

Due to our selling and buying being during the Covid-19 stay at home orders, we had an interesting but somewhat normal experience. We had no issues selling our house and were able to get out and look at houses during this time. Chad is very knowledgeable of the market and the whole process overall. He was able to walk us through everything step by step and helped make things go pretty smooth. We had many questions for him and he was able to answer all of them and did so in a timely manner.
